Refunds Policy

Online payments have a 24-hour processing period, except for those made between Friday at 4:30 pm and Sunday at midnight, where they are processed to your membership record on the following Monday. An official union dues receipt will only be issued once the payment has been recorded to your membership record. Holidays will be processed on the next business day. We will issue a refund check back to the member. We will not refund back to the members credit card.
